Shipping and returns policy

The shipping costs are 3,50 GBP . However, the shipping is free on orders over 24.95 GBP.

You must have an account to be able to place an order on our website. You can register before placing the order or at the checkout.

Add our products to your shopping basket, then click the confirm button and check your basket. If everything is correct then proceed to checkout and to the delivery details. Then your payment will be made. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided which will contain your tracking information. 1. Use the order reference to identify your order. Provide us with the reference of the order(s) you wish to return. We will send you a returns form.

2. Prepare your return. Place the returns form inside the package and post to Sensalia SL Att. Returns Office Facialderm Ctra. Vallveric 85, 2-3 08304 Mataró (Barcelona).

3. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned items. We aim to refund the amount by the same means that the order was paid for.

If this is not possible, we will then make a bank transfer.

If you have received your order and found an issue or a problem.

1. Contact our Returns Office via email at shop@facialderm.es within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Use the reference number to identify your order. Provide us with your reference of the order(s) you wish to return. We will send you a returns form.

2. Prepare your return. Place the returns form inside the package.

3. Our team will take care of collecting the package and/or replacing the incorrect item.

4. In the case that you want to return the incorrect item and do not wish to have it replaced, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the items. We aim to refund the amount by the same means that the order was paid for.

If this is not possible, we will then make a bank transfer.
